Under the bright summer sky, Sontian recently hosted a unique team-building event on a sunny weekend, specially organized for the university graduate trainees who have joined the company. The event aimed to enhance communication and collaboration among the trainees, deepen loyalty and friendship, and stimulate team cohesion and innovation.
This team-building activity was fully planned and organized by this vibrant and creative group of young people, with strong support and encouragement from company leadership. Game Segment: Fun and Laughter Abound
The event kicked off with an engaging “Guess What I’m Saying” game that quickly ignited the enthusiasm on site. In this game, one team member used body language or simple words to describe something, while the rest of the team had to guess the answer. This activity tested the team’s coordination and communication skills and brought bursts of laughter, creating a warm and lively atmosphere.
Next, the “Musical Chairs” game brought the event to its first high point. As the music tempo increased and suddenly stopped, participants responded swiftly, racing for a seat. The sounds of cheers and encouragement filled the air, showcasing the participants’ quick reflexes and determined spirit.
Following that, the “Guess the Song” segment elevated the event’s energy to its peak. As melodies from both classic and popular songs played, everyone either listened intently or hummed softly, quickly identifying the song titles and raising their hands to answer. This activity not only evoked musical memories but also deepened cultural connections in a relaxed and joyful environment.
Outdoor Barbecue: A Feast for the Senses, A Bonding Experience
After the game segment, everyone moved to the outdoor barbecue area, where they embarked on a dual journey of culinary and emotional enjoyment.
The trainees took on the task themselves—starting the fire, skewering meat, and seasoning—each step filled with fun and challenge. Amid the rising smoke, everyone sat around the grill, savoring the food they had cooked with their own hands while sharing work stories and future aspirations. During the barbecue, we also organized some icebreaker games, such as “Peach Blossom Bloom” and “Strolling Through the Garden.” The outdoor barbecue area echoed with laughter and joy.
