Songtian Motor’s University Talent Reserve Team Outdoor Team-building Activity Successfully Held!

On a clear, breezy day, Songtian Motor recently hosted an engaging outdoor team-building event for its university talent reserve team. The activity aimed to enhance mutual understanding among team members, foster communication and collaboration, deepen loyalty and friendship, and cultivate a spirit of teamwork.

The early winter sunshine radiated a warm glow as the outdoor team-building activity began with the sound of a whistle from the host. The opening game, “Cup Ball Relay,” quickly ignited the enthusiasm of the participants. The “Mighty Warriors” team took the lead, but despite several attempts under the original rules, they were unable to pass the paper cups. The organizing committee and the on-site judges quickly discussed and modified the rules to make the game more feasible.

Guided by the new rules, each team eventually completed the challenge, and the smooth progress of the competition brought the atmosphere to a new height.

Next came the “Fun Tug-of-War” game. The determination and focus were evident on every team member’s face during each round of the match. Especially after losing the first round to the “Next Team,” the “Mighty Warriors” team showed great courage and continued to challenge. They actively adjusted their strategies, tactics, and positioning in each round.

Ultimately, the “Mighty Warriors” team succeeded in their challenge, fully embodying the team spirit of “humility in victory, resilience in defeat.” This also reminded everyone that tug-of-war is not just a test of physical strength, but also a reflection of the spirit to face challenges head-on, the determination to never give up in adversity, and the ability to adapt proactively to difficult situations.

As the noon sun passed, the afternoon activities began after a brief rest. Following a warm-up game of “Pictionary,” the long-awaited “Name Tag Tornado” event took place, bringing the outdoor activity to its peak.

At the start of the game, some teams chose to act alone, while others formed temporary alliances. Throughout the pursuit and confrontation, each team demonstrated its unique strategies and tactics. Despite inevitable eliminations and minor injuries during the intense chase, no team chose to give up. They persevered to the end, demonstrating an unyielding spirit in the face of challenges. In the end, the “Next Team” emerged as the final winner.

As night fell and the stars shone brightly, the “DIY BBQ” activity marked the beginning of a relaxed, warm, and free-flowing exchange. Under soft lighting, some participants gathered to enjoy fun drinking games, while others strolled along the campsite paths, and some formed small groups to chat and continue the joy from earlier in the day.

Although the team-building event has come to an end, the spirit of unity, friendship, and perseverance will remain in everyone’s hearts. This event was not just a simple gathering but a spiritual cleansing and an elevation of team cohesion. As Director Dai said in his closing speech: “I hope everyone can take this opportunity to relax, enhance friendship and understanding, and continue to promote the spirit of teamwork in our future work, contributing to the company’s development.” This aligns perfectly with the company’s long-standing philosophy of “People-Oriented, Culture Retains Talent.”

Looking ahead, these energetic university talent reserve team members will undoubtedly bring even more enthusiasm and determination to join the company in creating a brighter and more successful future!
