Hone Our Core Skills and Become Deeply Committed Practitioners

— Songtian Electric’s 2026 Team-Building Program for Management Personnel and Management Trainees Successfully Concludes

On the morning of May 16, 2026, members of the management team and management trainees gathered on time, full of energy and enthusiasm, officially embarking on a two-day team-building and training journey themed “Hone Our Core Skills and Become Deeply Committed Practitioners.”

I. Setting Out Together on a New Journey and Tempering Our Will

At 9:30 a.m., a sharp whistle marked the official start of the program. Assembly, team formation, and the creation of team names and flags were all carried out in an orderly manner. Though the military-style training lasted only two hours, it instilled not only strict discipline, but also showcased the indomitable spirit of Songtian people—the courage to rise to challenges and never back down.

II. Strengthening Collaboration Through Practice and Inspiring New Thinking

If the military-style training was a test of willpower, then the afternoon team-building activities became a true test of teamwork, intelligence, and collaboration.

The first challenge was the “Water Retrieval from the Minefield” activity. Many teams initially turned to conventional methods, but Team Four surprised everyone. After carefully observing the field and repeatedly calculating distances and angles, they boldly adopted an innovative solution in which two team members supported one another to retrieve the water. With one person directing and the entire team coordinating closely, the cup was successfully and steadily retrieved. The scene immediately erupted in enthusiastic cheers. This innovation earned more than just points—it became the best demonstration of what it means to break free from conventional thinking.

The following “Action Replication” activity tested execution and team coordination; “Speed Matching” challenged memory and reaction speed; and “Relay River Crossing” pushed teamwork to the limit, as sheets of newspaper were passed beneath their feet while trust flowed among team members. Every drop of sweat helped cultivate stronger teamwork and deeper mutual understanding.

III. Empowering Growth and Building Momentum Through Learning

On the morning of the second day, the focus shifted from physical training to intellectual growth. At 8:00 a.m., the conference room was filled to capacity. Mr. Zhou from Songben Lean, specially invited by the company, calmly took the stage. He delivered training across five dimensions: goal management, mindset management, time management, learning management, and action management. Rather than relying on dry lectures, he illustrated his points with numerous vivid and engaging cases. His training was like a stone cast into a still lake, creating ripples in the minds of everyone present.

IV. Leadership Messages Reinforce the Commitment to Deep Cultivation

After the training, General Manager Dong shared his expectations for both managers and university-graduate management trainees: “Managers must pass on solid professional skills to every employee, stay deeply engaged on the front line, and guide newcomers well. University graduates must let go of the ‘good enough’ mentality, respect their team leaders, and take root through hands-on practice.” His words were simple yet powerful, striking at everyone’s sense of responsibility like a hammer.

General Manager Dai then delivered a speech. He began by speaking about the power of persistence: persistence and deep cultivation mean refusing to give up, day after day. He then emphasized that everyone must remain grounded in facts and strive to perform their own responsibilities to the highest possible standard—that is what truly constitutes “solid professional skills.”

Most impressive was his explanation of “wisdom and efficiency.” Referring to a video case shown during the training, General Manager Dai explained that a truly capable person not only completes an assigned task correctly the first time, but also anticipates and organizes related issues in advance. “When you take the first step, you should already be thinking about the second,” he said with emphasis. “That is the kind of insight our managers should strive to develop!”

V. Forging Strong Capabilities and Moving Forward Together

The two-day, one-night team-building program has now successfully concluded. From the straightened backs on the military training ground, to the sparks of creativity during the team challenges, and finally to the new ideas ignited through training, this program was not only a test of physical strength, but also a profound transformation in thinking.

“Hone our core skills and become deeply committed practitioners.” With the strength that comes from sustained focus and deep cultivation, Songtian’s management team is now moving forward together toward a new chapter.
