On September 7, Sontian Motor held a unique weekend team-building event for newly hired and recent graduates, adding a vibrant touch of youth to the season of harvest. New employees who joined this year and within the past three years gathered together — deepening mutual understanding through laughter and bonding through teamwork.

Notably, the entire event was independently planned and executed by representatives from each year’s group of university graduates! From brainstorming the overall program, to carefully selecting the homestay venue, to fine-tuning each activity detail, the organizing committee demonstrated the creativity and responsibility of Sontian’s new generation.
It’s worth mentioning that Director Dai from the General Office personally participated in the early planning phase, following up on progress multiple times and offering valuable suggestions to ensure a successful event.

The morning began with everyone departing from the company to the event location. After a brief rest, the icebreaking game “Your Name” kicked off the day’s activities. Through fun and engaging interactions, colleagues who had just met quickly broke down barriers. Laughter and applause filled the air, and the atmosphere soon became warm and lively.

After lunch, the afternoon was packed with fun and challenging team games.
In the “Mini Puzzle” activity, puzzles were designed using photos from the company’s own workplace scenes — testing teamwork while helping newcomers get familiar with Sontian’s environment.
Next came “Pose It Together,” a hilarious challenge where one teammate described an image while others tried to recreate it through poses. Each team showcased their creativity, reflecting unique team spirit.
The highlight of the day was “Clash on a Narrow Path” (the competitive Rock-Paper-Scissors game). It tested not only luck but also team strategy and cooperation. Every group gave their all — strengthening understanding and unity through friendly competition.
4. Feast: Barbecue, Firelight, and Friendship
As the games concluded, the evening barbecue feast began. Everyone eagerly joined in — some lit the fire, some prepared ingredients, others showed off their grilling skills.
