On November 12, 2025, Sontian Motor successfully held the closing conference for its Phase I Human Resources Consulting Project in a formal yet energetic atmosphere. The event was not only a presentation of achievements, but also a milestone gathering to align consensus, recognize excellence, and look ahead to the future.
The agenda was comprehensive and well-structured. From the opening remarks by the Chief Executive, to presentations by the General Affairs team, training coordinators, and various departments, followed by professional insights from Mr. Huang Mengyao, each session built upon the last—offering a full review of the project journey and its key outcomes.
Following the presentations, the conference moved into an exciting awards ceremony. The evaluation was based on classroom performance, assignment quality, and final project delivery. Team awards for First, Second, and Third Place were presented to recognize outstanding achievements in system development and implementation. The Best Improvement Award honored teams that demonstrated significant growth and breakthroughs. The Best Internal Trainer Award recognized individuals who made notable contributions to knowledge sharing and internal coaching. In addition, the Service Support Award was presented to all members of the implementation committee in appreciation of their dedication and behind-the-scenes support. Each award reflected the commitment, effort, and collaboration that define Sontian’s team spirit.
The conference reached its climax with a keynote speech by General Manager Mr. Dai Xuezhi, who elaborated on the theme of “Reflect, Unite, and Set Sail.”
- Reflect means understanding ourselves and clarifying direction;
- Unite means building consensus and moving forward together;
- Set Sail represents embracing the future with a focus on innovation and integration.
His speech not only concluded the project on a strong note but also provided clear guidance for the next phase of management development.
The event concluded in a relaxed and celebratory atmosphere, with team interactions and group photos capturing the shared sense of achievement. Over the past months, under the professional guidance of Mr. Huang Mengyao, departments including General Office, Sales, PMC, R&D, Production, Quality Assurance, Finance, and Procurement successfully transformed fragmented management concepts into structured systems—completing a comprehensive upgrade from organizational framework design to job description implementation.
This achievement would not have been possible without the expert guidance of Mr. Huang, the strong support of company leadership, the full commitment of all participants, and the dedicated efforts of the implementation committee. As Mr. Peng Feng from the Production Department aptly stated:
“The knowledge and strength of an individual are limited, but the power of a united team is limitless.”
While Phase I of the HR consulting project has come to a successful close, Sontian Motor’s journey toward refined management continues. With a clearer organizational structure and shared value system, we are confident that Sontian Motor will move forward with greater stability and achieve long-term, sustainable growth.
