From April 26 to 27, 2025, Sontian motor successfully held a two-day outdoor team-building event for its core management team at Yunhe Lake in Lishui. Centered around the theme “Building a Learning-Oriented Team, Striving to Be Outstanding Cultivators,” the event not only showcased the unity and determination of the Sontian team but also highlighted the rich essence of the company’s culture.
PART 01: Military Drills – Forging the Team Spirit
Upon arriving at the Yunhe Lake outdoor camping base on the morning of April 26, participants immediately engaged in rigorous military-style training. Under the guidance of professional instructors, the team quickly formed groups, giving rise to energetic squads such as “Team Commitment” and “Team No Obstacles.” Despite the persistent drizzle, their chants rang loud and their movements were sharp, fully embodying the resilient spirit of Sontian.
PART 02: Collaborative Challenges – Wisdom in Action
A series of engaging team games followed, with the “Human Knot” challenge leaving a lasting impression. Twelve team members stood in a tight circle, randomly clasping hands to form a complex “human web.” Through continuous trial and error, the team found order in chaos. With persistence and strategy, they ultimately untangled the seemingly impossible knot, demonstrating the power of cooperation and shared intelligence.
PART 03: Internal Training Contest – A Feast of Ideas
The morning of April 27 marked the highlight of the event: “The First Internal Trainer Contest of Sontian motor.”
Mr. Zhu Fangpeng from the General Office delivered the opening speech, setting the tone for the competition. Following the official certificate award ceremony for internal trainers, four outstanding speakers took the stage:
- Ms. Zheng Xiaofang from the Sales Department presented “Breaking Barriers through Effective Communication – Uniting for Shared Goals.”
- Mr. Chen Shu from the R&D Department spoke on “Innovation.”
- Ms. Ni Liqin from the Production Department shared her thoughts on “How to Be an Excellent Manager.”
- Mr. Fang Mingjing from the R&D Department delivered a powerful talk on “Sontian’s Behavioral Philosophy: Execute, Unconditionally Execute.”

General Manager Mr. Dai Xuezhi concluded the event with a compelling summary:

The managers and key staff in attendance diligently took notes, and many expressed in post-event interviews that they gained immensely from the “growth through learning” theme. A particularly memorable moment was Mr. Dai’s retelling of the classic story “Receiving the Book on the Bridge” from Records of the Grand Historian.
