Items purchased are shipped from Mondays to Fridays from 6 am to 6 pm EST.
We don’t operate on Saturdays and Sundays, so items ordered on such days would be shipped the following business day. This term also applies to holidays.
All orders are shipped 1-4 days after an authorization hold is placed on your financial institution.
In situations where you are purchasing more than one item or large items, we will provide you with different tracking numbers—we ship from different warehouses.
Our shipments take about 3-30 business days. The shipping time depends on the size of the item and the location of the warehouse. You can use your tracking number to verify the location of your delivery at all times.
Remember that the 3-30 business days attached to our shipments do not include holidays or weekends. Saturdays, Sundays, or all-inclusive holidays are not to be included in the shipment time allocated.
All the items we sell in the store are free shipping.
Risk of Loss/Damages
If an item is yet to arrive after two days of the estimated delivery date, please contact our support service.
To return or ask for a refund for damaged items or items shipped in error, please check out our refund policy.
All the above requests must be made within 50 days after the shipment date to ensure the viability of the claim.
You might not be able to hold us liable for missing items in transit, but you can contact us; we would be more than happy to help you in the best possible way to authorize a lawsuit against the shipment company.
