We carry out reliability check, durability, and proper documentation before we ship any products out of our warehouse. Try to inspect every item thoroughly as soon as shipment arrives.
Though there are scenarios where you might have to implement our return policy, in such situations, you have 30 days to make a return. We won’t be held liable for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts 30 days after delivery.
Implementing our return and refund policy requires considering the following criteria;
- The item must not have been disassembled, modified, or damaged.
- We won’t be held liable for user error or incorrect installation issues—try to refer to the installation manual to avoid such problems.
If the item you ordered doesn’t get to you in good shape or an incorrect shipment is made, please, repackage in the shipping container and contact our support service immediately.
To ship an item that’s eligible for a refund, you would need to provide the following information:
- Customer name
- Email address
- Contact number
- Date of purchase
- Order number
- Part name.

We operate from Mondays to Fridays from 9 am to 9 pm EST. An online support agent will contact you if we require more information on the item you are returning.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.Refunds usually take 3-7 business days to arrive.
Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Email us within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order.
We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the 24 hours window and/or because of the Standard Shipping reason. Please note that our Standard Shipping is posted in each product’s description hence all customers should be aware of this before concluding an order.
All refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on the customer’s bank account.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
